1. Get yourself cleaned up and put on some cologne. It’s something we males often overlook. Women have a more sensitive olfactory sense than do us males. That doesn’t mean drown yourself in cologne... more sensitive is the keyword. I put a dab of cologne on my neck, in my hair and just under my nose. A woman at close quarters is bound to detect it.
2. Wine, roses and candelight are all nice, but most women I know care more about the thought that goes in to a date than the usual cliché ingredients. Go for a picnic in the country. Go hiking in the mountains and sneak a bottle of wine to toast the day. Let your imagination guide you.
3. Take your time and stretch things out. There’s no rush. The longer you let passion build, the bigger the reward. Flirt most of the night away if you wish, the payoff may not come that night, but it will come. It should be your goal to make your woman feel alive, sexy and beautiful. Not to have sex with her.
4. No, most women don’t wanna check out your porn collection. Remember that a woman is a different animal (I use that term loosely). Sure, they might humor you to find out how kinky you are, but most don’t really enjoy sex for the sake of sex. Throw in a love story, some romance and decent actors and you may have something.
5. Be sensitive to her needs and desires. Just because something feels great to you, doesn’t mean it does to her. And don’t be a jackhammer, no one is impressed. Instead think of sex as a horizontal dance, provided you make it that far.
6. Attempt to have some manners. Although a woman can open and close her own door, it gives you the opportunity to be thoughtful. Sure, you can be a jerk to women, and some love it until they are 25. Then the rules change. Eventually, most women tire of being ignored, rudeness and frat house mentality.
DISCLAIMER: Yes, I know ALL women aren’t what I describe. That’s why I use the term MOST. Women, like men, go through stages and change their minds often. Just when I think I have them figured out, they change. Also, I am speaking of professional, women with at least a high school diploma. We call them ladies where I’m from, maybe too old-fashioned, huh? I view women as equals or betters. Most of the women I know are wonderful, kind and decent. If this is not your experience, maybe making some changes will improve your luck.
